Build a staff kit

  • Office and front desk: work shirt with a suit jacket and suit trouser
  • Retail, events and field teams: polo shirt or tee with a slim or straight chino
  • Outdoor staff: a cotton bomber jacket over the polo
  • Every piece in the same stock colour, with the logo in the same place

Sizing a whole team

Sizes run from S to 6XL. The minimum counts per style and colour across all sizes, so 50 polos in one colour can be split across every size your staff wear. Order a few extra in the common sizes for new starters, so you are not placing a 50-piece reorder for one person.

Suits for front-of-house teams

The suit jacket is single-breasted with a notch lapel and two buttons; the suit trouser is flat-fronted and cut from the same suiting. Polyester / viscose is the usual uniform suiting, because it holds a crease and stands up to daily wear; wool blend drapes better and reads more premium. We source suiting woven in Egypt so the suit keeps its 0% EU duty, and the fibre you choose also sets the HS code, which your broker confirms per order.

Why teams use Sourcing EG for corporate uniforms

  • We work on your side, not the factory's. We deal with these factories every day, so we negotiate lower prices for you than a one-off buyer would get.
  • Our own specialist inspects every lot to AQL 2.5. A lot that fails does not ship: our specialist has it fixed and re-inspected, and any cost is settled with the factory, not passed to you.
  • We only source from factories that meet QIZ requirements, so your uniforms enter the US duty-free, and the EU at 0% with a EUR.1.
  • Polos, shirts and suits from one sourcing agent, so the whole staff wardrobe matches in colour and branding.

Questions about corporate uniforms

What is the minimum order for corporate uniforms?

50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock fabric, spread across your sizes — so 50 polo shirts in one colour can be split across every size your team wears. Custom-dyed fabric carries the mill's own, higher minimum, and we confirm it before quoting.

How much do staff uniforms cost?

Tees cost $6.90 at 50–499 pieces down to $4.50 at 2,000+ pieces per style, per colour, FOB. Polo shirts, work shirts, suits, chinos and bombers are costed to your tech pack, and we reply within two working days.

Can we mix sizes within the minimum?

Yes. The minimum is per style and colour, not per size: 50 polos in blue can be ten each in five sizes.

Where does the company logo go on a uniform?

Most often embroidered on the left chest of a polo or shirt, with options on the sleeve, the back or a chest pocket. Suits usually carry the brand on the inside label and buttons.

Polo shirt or work shirt for staff uniforms?

A polo is knitted piqué: it stretches, needs no ironing and suits retail, events and field teams. A work shirt is woven poplin or oxford with a full button front, and reads more formal for office, hotel and security staff.

Can you make suits for staff uniforms?

Yes: a single-breasted suit jacket and a matching suit trouser, in polyester / viscose or wool-blend suiting woven in Egypt. The jacket and trouser are separate styles, each with its own minimum.

How long does a staff uniform order take?

Samples first: proto 5–7 days, fit 3–5 days, pre-production 5–7 days. Then 15–30 days from your sample approval to ex-factory, for orders up to 10,000 pieces. Transit time depends on the route, port and carrier, so we give it with your quote.
