CMT, FOB or full package — which one do you need?
CMT means you supply the fabric and the factory only cuts, makes and trims. FOB means the factory also buys the fabric and trims to your spec and delivers to the port. Full package adds design and development. For most small brands, FOB is the sweet spot: you control the product without managing fabric logistics.

CMT
Good if you already buy fabric from a mill you trust. You carry the fabric risk and the shipping of fabric to the factory.
FOB
You specify the fabric, the factory sources it. You still own the product decisions, but not the logistics. This is how we work.
Full package
Good if you have an idea but no tech pack. Expect higher minimums and less visibility into where materials come from.
