- A full size run in one order: the 50-piece minimum counts per style and colour across all sizes, so one order dresses the whole team.
- The same colour on every reorder: the six stock colours are held at the 50-piece minimum, and any other colour is custom-dyed at the mill's minimum.
- Your logo in the same place on every piece, embroidered, printed or on a woven label, as your tech pack places it.
- Fabric chosen for the job: poly-cotton for hard, frequent washing, cotton for comfort near heat, suiting for the front desk.
- One inspection standard for every garment: each lot to AQL 2.5 by our own specialist before it ships.

50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock fabric, spread across your sizes — so 50 polos in one colour can be split across every size your team wears. Custom-dyed fabric carries the mill's own, higher minimum, and we confirm it before quoting.
How much do custom uniforms cost?
Tees cost $6.90 at 50–499 pieces down to $4.50 at 2,000+ pieces per style, per colour, FOB, and hoodies $8.90 at 50–499 pieces down to $6.90 at 2,000+. Polos, work shirts, suits, scrubs, chef coats, aprons and school uniforms are costed to your tech pack, and we reply with a price within two working days.

How long does a uniform order take?
Samples first: proto 5–7 days, fit 3–5 days, pre-production 5–7 days. Then 15–30 days from your sample approval to ex-factory, for orders up to 10,000 pieces. Transit time depends on the route, port and carrier, so we give it with your quote.
Do uniforms made in Egypt enter the US and EU duty-free?
Yes. Into the US at 0%, because we only use QIZ factories. Into the EU at 0% with a EUR.1 certificate, because the fabric is made in Egypt.
Can you make uniforms in children's sizes?
Yes, school uniforms: polos, shirts, trousers and skirts. Children's sizes graded to your school's size chart, plus adult sizes S to 6XL for older students and staff. Children's sizes carry extra safety rules in the US and the EU, and we agree the test plan with you before production.
Can we reorder uniforms for new staff?
Yes. A reorder is made to the pre-production sample you approved, so new staff get the same garment. The minimum stays 50 pieces per style, per colour, spread across sizes.
