How to make private label jeans in Egypt
Pick a block — slim, straight, relaxed or tapered for men; skinny, straight, wide leg or mom for women — then choose rigid or stretch denim and add your wash, hardware and labels. With us the minimum is 50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock denim. Custom washes and fabrics carry higher minimums. Jeans are priced to your tech pack.

Choose the denim
Rigid cotton denim holds its shape and keeps the price down. Cotton/elastane stretch denim is more comfortable, and a close fit like the skinny jean needs one with real recovery — ask for the recovery figure, not just the stretch.
Wash, hardware and labels
Your wash, to your approved standard. Rivets, buttons and zip pullers are made to your spec, and the woven label carries the composition text the EU requires. A denim jacket in the same fabric and wash turns a jeans order into a set.
Why Egyptian denim is 0% into both markets
Egyptian denim mills weave from yarn and finish in the same group, and the jeans are sewn in the same country. That meets the EU double transformation rule for a EUR.1. Made in a QIZ factory, the same jeans enter the US duty-free.

Yes: skinny, straight, wide leg and mom, on the same mills and fabric base as the men's range.
What sizes and colours can I order?
Waist sizes 28 to 44. Stock denim comes in indigo and black, which keeps you at the 50-piece minimum. Other colours are custom and carry the mill's higher minimum.
Can I get a matching denim jacket?
Yes. The trucker jacket uses the same denim and wash as your jeans.
How much do private label jeans cost?
