Scrub fabrics

Sizing scrubs
Scrub tops and trousers are graded from S to 6XL. Because the top and the trouser are separate styles, each has its own size split: a customer who wears a medium top and a large trouser is covered, and you can order more large trousers than large tops. Each style still needs 50 pieces per colour across its sizes.

50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock fabric, spread across your sizes. The top and the trouser are separate styles, so a set in one colour is 50 tops and 50 trousers.
What fabric are your scrubs made in?
Polyester / cotton twill as standard, stretch poly-cotton twill for movement, or cotton twill. You choose; the mill sources it in Egypt, which keeps the EU duty preference.
Can I put my brand on the scrubs?

Do you make scrubs for hospitals and clinics?
Yes. Scrub sets with the hospital's or clinic's logo embroidered on the chest, in its own colour, from the same minimum of 50 pieces per style, per colour.
How long does a scrubs order take?
Samples first: proto 5–7 days, fit 3–5 days, pre-production 5–7 days. Then 15–30 days from your sample approval to ex-factory, for orders up to 10,000 pieces. Transit time depends on the route, port and carrier, so we give it with your quote.
Do scrubs made in Egypt enter the US and EU duty-free?
Yes. Into the US at 0%, because we only use QIZ factories. Into the EU at 0% with a EUR.1 certificate, because the fabric is made in Egypt.
