Enquiries you send us
When you send the quote form, we keep a copy of your answers: your name, company, email and website, the order details you choose and any notes. With it we keep the page you sent it from, how your visit to the site began, and the country your connection comes from. We use this to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. To stop automated abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection's address for ten minutes only.
The form then opens WhatsApp with your answers written out. That message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Enquiries you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or LinkedIn are kept in the same list.
How we count visits
Our own visit counter uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It counts page views, where visits come from (for example a search engine, or a link with campaign tags), the country, and clicks on our WhatsApp, email and phone links. It keeps no IP address and nothing else that identifies you.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through heatmaps and session replays: where you click, how far you scroll and how you move through a page. We use what we learn to improve the site. The quote form is masked, so what you type or choose there is never recorded.
Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies to link the pages you view in one visit. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Clarity runs without cookies and collects only cookieless data, because we don't ask for cookie consent. By using this site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. Microsoft explains how it collects and uses data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. To stop Clarity, block cookies and scripts from clarity.ms in your browser.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Upstash stores enquiries and visit counts.
- Microsoft runs Clarity.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us there.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing moustafatmf@live.com.
