Why Sourcing EG exists
Before Sourcing EG, Mostafa Taher was the customer. For seven years he ran his own clothing brand, which meant doing what every brand owner has to do: find a factory that can really make the product, get the samples right, and make sure the bulk order matches the sample.
That work took him to manufacturers all over Egypt, and to the skilled craftspeople whose hands decide how a garment turns out. Year by year, he learned which factories deliver what they promise.
He also learned what that knowledge is worth to a brand overseas. Clothing made in a QIZ-registered Egyptian factory enters the United States at 0% duty — but only with the right factory and the right QIZ papers. Sourcing EG exists to put both in your hands, together with the manufacturers he trusts.

Every factory we use meets QIZ requirements, so US orders enter at 0% duty and ship with their QIZ papers. EU orders enter at 0% with a EUR.1. Prices are published: tees from $4.50, hoodies from $6.90 FOB.

Who founded Sourcing EG?

Is Sourcing EG a sourcing agent or a factory?
A sourcing agent. We find the right QIZ-registered factory for your product, manage sampling and production, send our own specialist to inspect every lot, and handle the export papers. We stand in the middle, so any rework cost is settled with the factory, not passed to you.
Where is Sourcing EG based?
In Obour City Industrial Area, Obour City, Egypt. We work FOB: your order is made in Egypt and delivered to an Egyptian port for export to the US or the EU.
What does Sourcing EG make?
Private label clothing made to your tech pack: men's and women's denim, t-shirts, chinos and trousers, cotton outerwear, hoodies and sweatshirts. Sizes S to 6XL, and waist 28 to 44 for jeans, from 50 pieces per style, per colour.
Why does Sourcing EG only use QIZ factories?
Because the factory decides the duty. Clothing from a QIZ-registered Egyptian factory that meets the protocol enters the United States at 0% duty; the same garment from a factory outside the zones does not. Every factory we use meets QIZ requirements, and the QIZ papers ship with every US order.
How do I start working with Sourcing EG?
Send your tech pack or a reference garment with the quantity per colour. We reply with a price within two working days. Samples cost $20 per sample, which covers shipping it to you.
