Private label scrubs: how to get your own scrubs made

To launch private label scrubs, choose a fabric (poly-cotton twill is the standard), draw your top and trouser with the pockets you want, and order at least 50 pieces per style, per colour, spread across your sizes. Approve proto, fit and pre-production samples, then allow 15–30 days to ex-factory. Made in QIZ factories, the scrubs enter the US duty-free.

Design the set

  • A V-neck pullover top with chest and hip pockets
  • A straight-leg trouser with a drawcord or elastic waist, and a cargo pocket option
  • Pen and phone pockets placed where your customers want them, drawn in the tech pack
  • The top and the trouser cut from one fabric booking, so the set matches

Minimum and colours

The minimum is 50 pieces per style, per colour. The top and the trouser are separate styles, so a set in one colour is 50 tops and 50 trousers, spread across sizes S to 6XL. The stock colours (black, white, red, blue, olive green and burgundy) hold the 50-piece minimum; any other colour is custom-dyed at the mill's higher minimum.

Your brand on every set

  • Embroidered logo: chest, sleeve or back. Thread-matched to your reference.
  • Woven label: sewn-in brand label. Also carries the composition text the EU requires.
  • Printed care label: your care and origin copy, in your market's language.
  • Hangtags & swing tickets: printed to your artwork and attached before packing.
  • Branded packaging: polybag print, tissue and carton marks.

Samples and timeline

Samples cost $20 per sample, which covers shipping it to you. Proto 5–7 days, fit 3–5, pre-production 5–7, then 15–30 days from your sign-off to ex-factory, for orders up to 10,000 pieces. Every lot is inspected to AQL 2.5 by our own specialist before it ships.

Duty into the US and EU

Into the US: 0% — goods from QIZ-certified factories enter the United States duty-free. Into the EU: 0% with a EUR.1 certificate, because the fabric is made in Egypt.

Completing the range

A long sleeve tee to layer under the top costs $6.90 to $4.50, and a zip hoodie as a warm-up jacket $8.90 to $6.90, per piece FOB. Both can carry the same labels as your scrubs.
