What 50 pieces means
50 pieces is achievable on stock fabrics. Custom dyeing or printing carries the fabric mill's own minimum, which is higher — we confirm the real minimum against your fabric before quoting.
- Per style: a pullover hoodie and a zip hoodie are two styles, 50 pieces each.
- Per colour: 50 black and 50 white hoodies are two colours of 50, and the price break applies to each.
- Spread across your sizes: the 50 pieces can run across S–6XL (jeans waist 28–44) in the split your size curve needs.
- On stock fabric, in a stock colour: black, white, red, blue, olive green and burgundy; denim in indigo or black.
What raises the minimum
- Custom-dyed or printed fabric: the fabric mill's own minimum applies, which is higher, and we confirm it against your fabric before quoting.
- A colour outside the stock colours: it is custom-dyed, so a lab dip brings in the mill's higher minimum.
- A custom wash on denim, which carries a higher minimum too.

All of them hold the same 50-piece minimum on stock fabric: send your tech pack or a reference garment with the quantity per size and colour, and we reply with a price within two working days.

Yes. The minimum is 50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock fabric, spread across your sizes, in any stock colour (black, white, red, blue, olive green and burgundy; denim in indigo or black). Custom-dyed or printed fabric carries the mill's own, higher minimum, and we confirm it before quoting.
Do you work with brands that are just starting?
Yes. First-time brands are welcome. The minimum is 50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock fabric. The sample fee is $20 per sample, which covers shipping it to you, and you can start from a reference garment if you do not have a tech pack yet.
What is the smallest first order?
50 pieces of one style in one colour, on stock fabric, spread across your sizes: $445 FOB for 50 hoodies, or $345 for 50 tees. Fewer than 50 pieces per colour is better tested on printed blanks first.
How much does a 100-piece run cost?
100 hoodies cost $890 FOB and 100 tees cost $690 FOB, so a first run of both is $1,580, at the 50–499-piece break, for a standard make in stock fabric. That holds as one colour of 100 or two colours of 50. Samples, freight and import costs come on top.
Can I split 50 pieces across sizes?
Yes. The minimum counts per style and colour across all sizes, so 50 hoodies in one colour can be split across sizes S–6XL in whatever way your size curve needs. Jeans are graded by waist size, 28–44.
Do small orders get the same inspection?
Yes. Nothing is cut before you approve the pre-production sample, and our own specialist inspects every lot to AQL 2.5, whatever its size. A lot that fails does not ship: our specialist has it fixed and re-inspected, and any cost is settled with the factory, not passed to you.
Can I order 50 pieces of jeans?
