Heavyweight
Hoodies, crewnecks and joggers are made in 280–450 gsm cotton fleece: French terry, brushed fleece or loop-back cotton. For a heavyweight hoodie, specify the upper end of that range. For an oversized or boxy tee, ask for heavyweight jersey at 240–300 gsm: it holds the shape. Heavier jersey changes the tee price; your tech pack sets the exact figure.

Can you make heavyweight hoodies?

Can I start without a tech pack?
Yes. Send a reference garment and your notes, and we tell you what is missing before we cost it. A tech pack gives the most accurate price; we reply with a price within two working days.
Do you work with brands that are just starting?
Yes. The minimum is 50 pieces per style, per colour, on stock fabric. The sample fee is $20 per sample, which covers shipping it to you, and you can start from a reference garment if you do not have a tech pack yet. If you need fewer than 50 pieces per colour, test the design on printed blanks first.
