A close leg that stays wearable — the safest first order in denim.
See the men's slim jean →The classic five-pocket. Sells in every market, every season.
See the men's straight jean →A clean straight leg, rigid or light stretch.
See the women's straight jean →The denim jacket. Chest pleats, button front. Made in cotton denim, indigo or black: the same denim and wash as your jeans, so it sells as a set with a matching bottom. Sized S–6XL, from 50 pieces per style, per colour.
From $15.00 per piece FOB for every jean block, men's and women's, for a standard make in stock denim, per style, per colour. Your tech pack, fabric and quantity set the exact price. Fabric, wash and hardware drive it, so send your tech pack, or a reference garment, with the quantity per colour, and we reply with a price within two working days. The trucker jacket is priced on request. Every published price.
Two denims: rigid cotton denim and cotton / elastane stretch denim. Rigid cotton denim holds its shape and keeps the price down; stretch denim is more comfortable, and a close fit like the skinny jean needs one with real recovery. Your wash, to your approved standard. Custom washes carry a higher minimum.
Waist sizes 28 to 44. Stock denim comes in indigo and black, which keeps you at the 50-piece minimum. Any other colour is custom and carries the mill's higher minimum.
Chest, sleeve or back. Thread-matched to your reference.
Sewn-in brand label. Also carries the composition text the EU requires.
Your care and origin copy, in your market's language.
Printed to your artwork and attached before packing.
Buttons, rivets, zip pullers and drawcord tips.
Polybag print, tissue and carton marks.
Start from one of the eight jean blocks above, or send your own tech pack or a reference garment with the quantity per colour. We come back with a price within two working days.
From an approved tech pack. First physical read on fit and construction.
After your comments on the proto. More fit rounds extend this stage.
Pre-production sample in bulk fabric and trims. Nothing is cut before you sign it off.
From your PP sample approval to ex-factory, for orders up to 10,000 pieces.
A lot that fails does not ship: our specialist has it fixed and re-inspected, and any cost is settled with the factory, not passed to you.
Delivered to the Egyptian port with the export documents: QIZ documentation for the US, a EUR.1 for the EU.
50 pairs per style, per colour, on stock denim (indigo and black), spread across your waist sizes. Custom washes and custom fabric carry the mill's own, higher minimum, and we confirm it before quoting.
From $15.00 per piece FOB for a standard make in stock denim, so 50 pairs of one style in one colour start from $750 FOB. Your tech pack, fabric and quantity set the exact price; fabric, wash and hardware drive it. Send your tech pack, or a reference garment, with the quantity per colour and we reply with a price within two working days.
Yes: skinny, straight, wide leg and mom jeans, from 50 pairs per style, per colour, on stock denim. They come from the same mills and fabric base as the men's range. Womenswear moves faster, so we confirm the fabric minimum per colourway before quoting.
Yes. The trucker jacket (denim jacket with chest pleats and button front) is made in the same denim and wash as your jeans, in indigo or black, sized S–6XL, so it sells as a set with a matching bottom. The jacket is priced on request, costed to your tech pack within two working days.
Your wash, to your approved standard. Custom washes carry a higher minimum. Rigid cotton denim holds its shape and keeps the price down; stretch denim is more comfortable, and a close fit like the skinny jean needs one with real recovery.
First sample in 5–7 days: the proto, then a fit sample in 3–5 days and a pre-production sample in 5–7 days. Then 15–30 days from PP-sample approval to ex-factory, for orders up to 10,000 pieces. From an approved tech pack, the published stages add up to 28–49 days to ex-factory: proto, fit and pre-production samples, then fabric and production.
Yes. Into the US at 0%, because we only use QIZ factories. Into the EU at 0% with a EUR.1 certificate, because the denim is woven in Egypt and the jeans are sewn there.
